Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Attune ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our App.

Description of Service

Attune is a privacy-first couples app designed to help partners build stronger relationships through daily check-ins, gratitude sharing, and research-backed relationship tools. The App syncs data exclusively between paired partners using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Attune. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts

Attune uses your Apple ID for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activities that occur under your account.

Partner Pairing

When you pair with a partner in Attune:

  • You consent to sharing your check-ins, gratitudes, and moments with your paired partner
  • Your partner will be able to see your mood, gratitude entries, and shared content
  • Either partner can unpair at any time, which will stop data sharing
  • You should only pair with someone you trust and have a relationship with

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Share inappropriate or offensive content through the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Attune offers a free tier with basic features including partner pairing, daily check-ins, 7 days of history, and basic prompts.

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a subscription at $6.99/month or $49.99/year. Premium includes:

  • Unlimited history
  • AI-powered insights (processed on-device)
  • Relationship score trends
  • 100+ premium prompts
  • Unlimited shared moments
  • Priority support

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bulpara Inc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (check-ins, gratitudes, photos, notes). By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content as it is stored only on your devices and iCloud account.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data (spoiler: we don't have access to it).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Important: Attune is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy. If you are experiencing serious relationship issues, please seek help from a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
